Hello everyone,

I have been living in Ireland for three years and just bought a 97 Colorado from the UK. Will soon be putting it through to VRT and NCT.

I wanted to get one since sometime now. I am planning a 12,000 miles trip in summers so would be interacting more for preparation guidance. The vehicle's chassis was welded for rust in the UK and it cleared the MOT there. I hear that NCT can ask for a certificate to pass that. Hoping for the best...

Already looked at some very useful threads in this forum. Great information.

Hello Self. Welcome to LCOC . there's a section here for all your needs here. I'm keen to hear of our big roadtrip. I think there's a real world meet up in May, it would be a great mini shakedown trip with other overlanders and their trucks.
