Thanks guys, Cruiser going well Brian, shes had a new battery as not in everyday use and lowered the tow bar as it was quiet high. Not much plans for it at the minute, wanna try out some off-roading and see how it goes. As I said before it's in semi retirement as I'd say I'll be lucky to see 1000 miles a year in it. One question Brian what is/was the toggle switch up by the interior light for?

good to hear.
the toggle switch was for a nokia charger. i put velcro on the back of my phone, and some on the base of the rear view mirror. thats where i used to put the phone. i though, it would be nice if i could charge it up there, so i tried to wire a lighter socket nokia charger into the map light wiring. it didnt work at all, not sure why.

not at all, I enjoy seeing them, that was a good day
somebody was asking me how i got the elevated shots.... there's a mountain, clonmel is at the foot of it. on the top theres a religious site, a cross and a building you can see in the background of one of those pics. i jumped on top of the building.
later, when i put the pics on donedeal, i thought, sh***, I'd better remove the ones that look like the cross, or we'll get grief for going up tearing the place up with the jeep

different wheels again, London during the snow. that was great sliding around london. a driver side swiped me, tore his car along the front of my raw steel bumper. no marks on mine, massive scrape along his laguna. he wasnt happy

btw I still have the rims in the last pic if you want them. theyre 15 inch, and came with the car. theyre quite good looking when theyre cleaned up.
I had no tyres to put on them when it came to selling. theyre in tipp town taking up space at the mo.

you can have them for free if you like, just have to pick them up in Tipp town. ring or text to give me a heads up on o eight six, three six five, eight o nine five, whenever your ready.
tyres, dunno. you can usually find some second hand on donedeal, new theyre pretty expensive. if you get really knobbly ones for offroading theyll be very noisy on the road and dangerous in the rain. bfg all terrain or mud terrain are probably your best bet.
this is the size that was on the jeep when i bought it, it was either 267/75/15 or 275/75/15

these are 16's in your area

BJ74 has a set of black rims, im not sure did he sell them, that would look amazing on that jeep

http://www.lcoc.ie/showthread.php?551-New-Steel-Wheels
tyres come in a lot of sizes, lots of variations. the alloy rims i have are 7 inches thick, the rims BJ74 has are 8 inches thick, the black rims in the first pic above are 5.5 thick.... and they all have different sizes that fit these widths. it can be a pain the head. when you know what rims you want just ask will whatever tyres fit that width.

Thanks Redd, will take them, maybe then look at putting all Terrain on them and keeping road tyres on the current wheels or vice versa, will be traveling next week so will give you a bell on it.
